Bluecard is a ISO9001 certified company, all of our products are designed, manufactured, and sold according to specifications of the standards. The manufacturers of the major components of our products have all passed the ISO9002 certification.

• Unless otherwise stated, hardware devices sold by Bluecard are covered by a 1 year parts warranty.
• The following products are covered by a 2 year warranty:
  BP-2002S, BP-2002F, BS-1000, BS-2000, BS-4000, BS-6000
• Resellers are expected to be able to perform simple maintenance activities including part replacements. Units that can not be repaired by the resellers can be shipped back to Bluecard for repair or replacement.
• Extra parts will be provided to the reseller with every order.
• Minimum quantity per order is 20 readers.
• (Problem rate for our hardware has proven to be 3% or less, including malicious sabotage by the end-user.)
